Commemorative certificate honoring Esther Sorrels (actually supposed to be Ethel Sauls) Patriotic Service in World War II as an Agricultural Victory Leader in Travis County, Texas. The location was incorrectly given as Travis County. Ethel actually lived in Williamson County. The document is beige with printed blue ink, with the name and county written in black ink.
Ethel Hurd Sauls (1911-2001) from Round Rock, Texas, volunteered with the USO after her husband Otto Sauls joined the United States Army as a carpenter. Sauls served as a nurse in the Round Rock, Texas area.
